The hotel boasts luxurious amenities and excellent service. The spa and wellness center provided a top-notch massage experience, with top-of-the-line equipment ensuring maximum relaxation. We loved lounging in the heated swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery in the garden area.
The only negative point was the limited dining options available, with the restaurant offering only limited menus for dinner.

The hotel had a convenient location, and the room had a great view. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby that created a great atmosphere.
The room was very cold, and despite requesting assistance from the staff, there was no heater or central heating system available. the food was often cold and undergoing changes in the menu.

This hotel is a nature lover's paradise with beautiful open gardens that give stunning views of the Himalayas. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with a wide selection, and the food in general was impressive. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for the winter weather. The hotel also boasted a steam room and plenty of resort activities on offer.
The hotel's location was quite far from the main market, requiring a taxi or auto-rickshaw to get to.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
